The Talancés, the Region and the Wine. Since 1580.

In 1580, the Talancé family acquires this beautiful estate and its vineyard located in the Beaujolais (southern Burgundy) within the beautiful settings of ”les Pierres dorées”.

Château Talancé, built in the 16th century and renovated in the 19th century, with its chapel from the 17th century, are located in the heart of a sumptuous park of five hectares.

The Domaine de Talancé represents a total area of 50 hectares including 5 hectares of forest, meadows and 17.5 hectares of vines.

Château Talancé opened its doors in 2007 and became a place of receptions, seminars, meetings, business events and private evenings such as weddings and birthdays or film shootings.

Well located in the bucolic landscape of Beaujolais, the estate is only 25 km from Lyon and close to all major routes: The A6 motorway is 6 km, the TGV station in Villefranche sur Saone 4 km and, a little further, Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport is at 50 km.
